Located in the South Western corner of El Salvador, this farm is operated by Mauricio who is known within the industry for taking great care in every step of his production in order to ensure only the finest quality product. Carefully tracking harvests, keeping immaculate facilities and showing great care for environment. He has had a long standing relationship with Project Origin, an organisation based out of Canberra that is committed to sourcing the highest quality coffee from across the world, and working closely with producers to ensure their standards are upheld.
This coffee was carefully selected by all the staff at Sixpence Coffee as a part of our regular cupping sessions. It displays notes of tangerine acidity, sweet ripe peach with a medium body, chocolate ganache notes and red apple acidity to balance.
Carefully roasted to be enjoyed as a filter, this coffee is best enjoyed black!
